The monthly statement is sent by the 10th of the following month. 


If it's already the 10th and he has not received, please check the following:


1. Has it reached owner's SPAM folder? 

Please ask the owner to check if its in his SPAM folder. The email is sent from "customer-support@propertyangel.in". He can search by this email id. 


2. Please confirm that owner is checking the correct email id. 

The statement gets sent to the 'Primary email id" only mentioned in the Property Contracts. You can check this by going to:

Zoho -> PropertyContracts -> filter by Prop ID and check the Email Field. 

PLease ensure that he is checking the correct mail id. 


3. If all above are correct, please check with Accounts team.
