The SD is usually transferred Within two weeks from the time the new tenant moves in.
If its already 2 weeks since they moved in, please inform the Accounts team to pay it immediately.
To check when tenant moved in, go to:
Zoho -> Tenant Move in Report -> filter by Tenant Grp Id (or Prop Id) and check the Move-in Date/Lease start date
