We transfer the rent to the owners by the 10th of the following month. 


So, if the rent for July will be transferred by September 10th. 


There are the following reasons why rent will not be transferred by the date above:

1. Tenant has not paid rent

2. Tenant has paid rent but that money was used for some maintenance work (post owner approval)

3. Tenant has paid rent but due to some error on our end, it was not transferred (unlikely)


Case 1: Tenant has not paid rent

You can check if the rent has been received, by going to:

Zoho -> Accounts -> Monthly Rent and filter by PropId and Cycle. 

If the rent is not received, please check why with the Accounts team. For any rent delays the Accounts team will inform you and you are supposed to inform the owner much in advance. 


Case 2: Tenant has paid rent but that money was used for some maintenance work (post owner approval) 

You can check if there was any maintenance work done, by going to:

Zoho -> Maintenance -> Filter by PropId and check the dates. 

Please double check with accounts team. 


Case 3:Tenant has paid rent but due to some error on our end, it was not transferred (unlikely)

Please check with the Accounts team what happened.
