This is as per our Signed Property Management agreement. 


Please refer to section: Property Management Fees. 

At the end of the section, it reads: 

"In case there are any maintenance works required in the property for which the Manager needs to source and supervise vendors, and/or furnishings, the Manager will charge a Coordination/Quality Check Fee of 10% on the bill amount, and the bill from the vendor will be directly in the name of

the owners."

 

Please note, the monthly management fee is different and the vendor co-ordination fee is different. All our vendors are third party vendors. They bill you directly. We charge this fee for selecting the correct vendor, negotiating with them, doing a quality check, scheduling them, etc. If our team is not involved in this process, then we will not charge this fee. We also ensure that the vendor takes responsibility if there is any issue later.
