If owner requests for a quote, please inform your MNT counterpart immediately. Follow up with them and ensure the quote is uploaded within 24 hours. If any delay, please escalate to your manager.
If there is any delay in sending the quote to the owner, please apologize and follow up again with your MNT counterpart and escalate higher up until resolved.
