If the tenant sends an email to support for vacating the property validate the reason why he wants to vacate and try if you can retain him by providing any rent reduction or by resolving any issues related to the property.  The date when he sends an email to support for the termination immediately you initiate the termination in Zoho as per the notice mentioned in the tenant contracts and the tenant active agreement.


Inform the tenant of the steps of the termination process as below.

1) Inform us two days prior to vacating the property to schedule the inspection along with the time.

2) Our Executive and Vendor will come to the property to complete the inspection only when the full property is vacant.

3) Once the Exit is done within 24 hrs you will be receiving the exit quotation for your approval only after handover the keys to PropertyAngel.

4) Once we receive the approval on the Exit quotation within 5 working days the Security Deposit will be transferred to you withheld of 10k for the utility payments.

5) You can submit the utility bills if anything paid by you and immediately we can transfer the remaining amount.

6) If we need to make the payment as soon as the utility bills generated we will check the amount and transfer the remaining amount to your account.
