1. Inventory- If the inventory is not done check with MNT Team and get it done. If any mistake in Inventory is done by us check with the MNT team and get it updated correctly.

2. Key collection-If owner has sent the details for key collection assign it and get it collected.  

3.Marketing updates: If the owner is asking about the marketing plan check with TAC RM and update the owner.

4.Advertisement: If the owner is asking to share the details of the advertisement you can take the links from Zoho and share them. But if the owner is asking the changes like Photos or videos or any other details get in touch with Marketing Team and get it to change and share the new links with the owner.

5. Owner will share the lead:   Pass to TAC team and ensure the visit is done and give the feedback to the owner by co-ordinating with the TAC team.

6. Pics / Videos: If the owner asks for any photos or videos check with the MNT team if they have already if not schedule it to the runner and share it with the owner.

7. NOC: If the owner has shared the signed  NOC just inform the TAC team and upload it in the tenant group report. If the owner has raised any issues check with the TAC team and update the owner and resolve the issue.
