The difference between Major and Minor issues is explained in the table below. 

Please also note the following:

  1. Minor issues are paid for by tenant and major issues by the owner
  2. Minor issues are paid by the owner ONLY if they existed pre-tenant move in and are reported within 7 days of move-in
  3. Major issues need to be reported by the tenant to Customer support immediately, so it doesn’t cause further damage to the property
  4. Major issues caused by negligence of the tenant will need to be paid for by the tenant
