1. Introducing yourself & welcoming them

  • Be sure to contact them on whatsapp and introduce yourself. Set up a time to  talk. 
  • Let them know that for any issues they can get in touch with you.  Ask them to save your number 
  • Explain to them about the login access they have at my,propertyangel.in. From here they can access their agreement, tenant leads, inspections, inventory, marketing videos, customer statements and all information in real time. These will also be emailed to them. They can also update their details here. or file tickets.
  • If they get too many or not enough emails, they can update the notification settings at  my,propertyangel.in. By default this is setting to Medium alerts, but they can change it to get more or less alerts. 
  • Explain to them that they have received a welcome mail with the next steps. If they have any questions they can ping you.


2. If the property is in a gated community you also need to collect the following information:

(a) Contact number of Association Office - either Maintenance manager or accounts manager/executive. 

(b) Car parking details. 

(c) Get a gate pass for the field executive for that zone. They can add on adda / mygate etc. 


Items (a) and (b) is to be updated on zoho -> Properties -> Property Field details
