Sometimes owners will notice some issues in the Six Month Report and ask for the maintenance work to be done for the same.
Please check with the MNT team if the work is minor or major.
If minor, please inform the owner that the tenant needs to address the same at their cost. Also send an email to the tenants asking them to fix it and let you know once done.
If major, please send a vendor to get a quote and get the same approved by the owner.
