Sometimes owners will not be happy with either of 2 things:

1. How the tenant has maintained the property

2. How we have conducted the inspection. 


If the owner is not happy with how the property is maintained, you can inform the tenants, and tell them that we will repeat the inspection in 2 weeks. If the inspection report is not up to the mark, we may need to ask them to vacate. 

Keep the owner informed accordingly. 


If the owner is not happy with how we have conducted the inspection, you can understand their concerns and file an escalation in Zoho, so the management team can address the issue.
