We  are supposed to pay rent to the owner by the 10th of the following month. 


Example: Rent for Jan will be collected in Jan and transferred to owner by Feb 10th. 


If the tenant has delayed and not paid rent till Feb 8th, this will not reach the owner on time and he will be upset. 


Please check if this delay is a one-off case and there some issue with the tenant or he is regularly delaying. 


If regularly delaying, we can ask him to vacate with a short notice for violating the contract.  Please escalate such cases, by filing it on:
