Sometimes owners might complain that the Six month checks have not happened on time.
Usually this will be because there is some delay and the tenant has not been available. But you can check the details of the Six month inspections on Zoho as follows:
Zoho -> Maintenance -> Six month Inspection (screenshot below).
You can filter the report by PropID & Status.
Status = 'Completed' will show the date when the last inspection was completed.
- Please see filed 'Event DateTime' to know when it was actually completed.
- There is another field called "Exp Inspection Date" - this only shows the Expected Inspection Date, when the inspection became due.
Status = 'Overdue ' will show for properties where a check is pending. The exact date when this should complete will show in field "Exp Inspection Date"
You can call the tenant and insist on a Six month inspection (which is as per agreement signed with him)
