If the tenant has not painted, cleaned and fixed the house, we will do the same after his exit.


The SLA to get this done is 10days


If there is some delay and the work is not complete within 10 days from the time the tenant exited, please escalate to your manager and add an entry in the Escalations report in zoho:

Zoho->Internal -> Escalations
