Owners may have questions about the notice period to serve tenants a vacate notice.
You will find this in the Tenant Contract, under "Notice Period"
By default this is 2 months.

This is a 2 way notice period. Tenants need to service this notice period months when they vacate. So if the notice date is Jan 1st, they need to pay rent for Jan & Feb, even if they need to vacate earlier.
Owners also need to give them at least this much time to vacate. So, if the owner serves a notice on Jan 1st, the tenants can vacate anytime between Jan 1st and March 1st. They don't have to stay the entire 2 months or pay rent for the same.
