You can check if the tenant has signed the agreement by going to:
Zoho-> Tenant Contracts -> Search for PropId -> You will see a field called Signed Tenant Contract.
If the agreement is signed, it will be present here, else it will not be present. The tenant cannot move into the house, without signing this agreement. You are not supposed to hand over the keys without this.
This is automatically shared with the owner from the system once signed. But you can also manually share the same.
In case the owner wants to add a new clause to the tenant agreement, usually we cannot do this. PLease check with your manager and accounts team, and the request needs to be in writing with customer support on copy for the record.
