Sometimes owners will receive complaints from the Association/neighbors that the tenants are not behaving properly.
In such cases understand from the owner what exactly happened. Then speak to the tenants and understand their side of the story.
Give the tenants a warning and explain to them that Association Rules are legally binding and very serious matter and in case of further complaints we will need to ask them to vacate.
Keep the owner informed.
