If they need help with property tax payments, we can do this at no extra cost, if the payment can be done online. 


To check if the payment can be done online:

(a) Check if we have made the payments for them previously online. You can check this from zoho:
Zoho-> Accounts -> Property Tax Payments

(screenshot below)


If we have made this payment earlier, you can simply ask the Accounts team to pay for the current year. 


(b) If you don't find the payment receipt in Zoho, ask the owner to share the last Property Tax payment receipt. Send this to the Accounts team and they can confirm if they can pay online. If so, ask them to go ahead and pay. 


(c) If the payment cannot be done online (and there is no previous online payment receipt), we will need to get an agency to pay it offline at extra cost, depending on the number of years pending. Please ask the owners to send a detailed mail mentioning for how many years it is pending and when they paid last and how much, and accordingly the Accounts team will give you an estimate.
