Sometimes owners may visit the properly and find that the tenant has not maintained it well.
Also, they may see pictures of 6 month inspections and not be happy with how it is maintained.
In such a case, we usually give a warning to the tenants to maintain it better.
We can then schedule an additional Six month check after 2 weeks of the warning. If they still don't improve, we can ask them to vacate.
