1. Tenant Group Report
Zoho--> Tenants--> Tenant Group Report --> Search for the Correct Tenant Group ID
This contains all the details about the tenant, where they work, who will be staying etc.
At the bottom of the Tenant Group, you have the list of Tenant Forms. THis contains the details of each person whose name will be there in the agreement.
In case of bachelors, mostly everyone will sign the agreement, so all their names will be mentioned. In case of family, usually one spouse will sign, so only 1 tenant form will be filled. In such cases, go to the field called: 'Names/contact of other family members living in the house/Emergency contacts'
You can scroll right in the Tenant Form to find this. This will tell you who all will be living in the house.
2. You can also check the Report called 'Tenant Move in'.
Zoho--> Tenants--> Move in Form report --> Search for the Correct Tenant Group ID
This contains information related to date of key handover, any special requests, status of move-in, pics taken during move in, any issues reported etc.
The status field will tell you if:
Pending - Move in Yet to happen
Complete - Already moved in - You will see a signed move in form, pics etc
Cancelled - Move in was cancelled.
