There can be 3 types of maintenance issues at the time of Move-in:


1. Vendor was supposed to do some work (which was approved) but has not completed it.  (in this case, the MNT quality check should have found this and fixed it)

In this case, the vendor needs to go back and fix it on the spot. 


2. Tenant had requested for some work, but it was not approved and its not done. (In this case you should have informed the about it in advance). 

In this case, you can try for approval once again. If not, please apologize to the tenant. 


3. Some basic things are not working properly or not done properly that was not mentioned by the tenant, but is expected to be done - Example: Taps leaking, geyser not working, handle broken etc. 

Sometimes, such issues may be missed. In this case, the vendor needs to go back and fix it on the spot. 


If the vendor is not able to fix the issues on the spot, please ask the Tenants to log into my.propertyangel.in and file a TMI so the same can be tracked.
