In case the tenants want Pest Control to be done before they move -in, that is a Special Request.
Please add in the "Special Mnt Requests" in Tenant Group right after the conf call.
This will be approved based on the need for any Pest Control required. If it is not approved, the tenant is free to get Pest Control done on their own.
