The tenant may want to either move in EARLIER than Scheduled or LATER:
If EARLIER:
1. Please check with your MNT counterpart if the property will be ready
2. If there is already a tenant staying in the property who will be exiting - please check their exit date and add 3-4 days buffer for them to exit and a 4-5 days to get maintenance work done post their exit.
if LATER:
1. As long as they are willing to pay the rent and Deposit on the previously scheduled day, this is no problem
2. If they want to start paying the rent on the Postponed date, then please get an approval from the property owner, as this may be rental loss for him.
If we have decided to agree to the change of date, then please update the same in Zoho -> Tenants-> Tenant Group.
This will automatically update the Tenant Contract and Move-In form as well.
You also need to update the Scheduler if an event has already been scheduled for the Orientation.
