If the tenant disputes the maintenance bill, please get details of the dispute:


1. Are they disagreeing with the amount charged? 

2. Or are they disputing that the items are not damaged? 

3. Or are they saying it was damaged when they moved in? 


You can verify all this with the MNT team and check the Tenant Move in records. 


Please ask them to submit any proof to substantiate what they are disputing.
