SD will be refunded within 7 days of exit as per clause 21 of the tenant agreement - please see sample agreement.
Please have tenant update their bank details at my.propertyangel.in
Once they approve the exit quote, and update all pending utility bils etc, the refund will happen quickly.
All the following need to be submitted by the tenant:
1) Latest electricity bill paid receipt along with BESCOM ID
2) Latest maintenance fee paid receipt
3) Move out fee paid receipt
4) Bank account details.
5) Water Bill paid receipt (If applicable)
6) Gail gas payment receipt (If applicable)
Other clauses that cover the SD refund are: Clause 6, 15, and 16.
