The rent receipts are automatically generated and emailed to the tenant once the full rent is paid and received
They can also log into their dashboard and access it.
The rent receipt is not generated if there are any arrears:
Consolidated Rent Statement
Sometimes, tenants will want a consolidated rent receipt. This can be generated from zoho as well.
Go to Accounts & Admin -> Consolidated Statement -> Select Tenant & Tenant group ID -> Then select dates & generate.
