If the tenant is still getting reminders, even if the rent is paid, please check:


1. Have they uploaded the screenshot on my.propertyangel.in? 

2. Please check with ACT team if they have received the rent? 

3. Please check if the full rent is paid or there is some balance. The tenant will get reminders until the full rent is paid. 

4. The tenants could have also had some approved deductions and thus paid less than usual rent. In this case ACT team needs to update zoho, so they do not get reminders. 


You can figure it out and inform the tenants accordingly
