If the tenant has a new maintenance request they are supposed to file it at my.propertyangel.in


After they log in, they will see a section called: Tenant Maintenance Issue (TMI). They can file it there.

Filed TMI online and no response

If they have already filed a TMI and not received a response, please ask them to search their email, When the MNT team updates TMIs, it goes to their email. If they have not received this email, please check spam. 


If they have not received any update, please check with your zone MNT expert if they have responded and then check why the tenant did not receive the update.
