3.From one year no 6 month inspection done in my property, why?

A) Apologies for the same, we will verify and get the inspection done at the earliest.

NA) Check in zoho under Six month inspection when last inspection completed and arrange for the same.

4. Please change primary email for future conversations?

A) Sure, we will update the same in our system.

NA) Go to All owner profiles and change the email address and also change in all property contracts.

5. Can you add another email in all communications?

A) Sorry, we have an option to have only one email in all communications which is primary email.

6. Handover the keys to my Agent, he will show to some clients and return it again

7. Few items are missing in Inventory can you please recheck and share it again?

A) Sure, could you please share the missing items details, so we can verify and add it.

NA) Once owner shares the data, coordinate with maintenance team and get it add the missing details and reshare it with owner.
