1. I want to terminate the property because you could not find any tenant?
A) Apologies for the delay in finding tenant. Allow us another 2 weeks to find tenant, if we fail to find tenant within 2 weeks we can terminate the contract as per your request.
NA) Coordinate with Tac team to find a tenant at the earliest. Try to share the updates 3 days once with the owner.
2. Why should I pay the cancellation fee, when I have given enough time to find tenant?
A) As per the agreement cancellation fee is applicable because we have done the inventory and posted adds for your property and done the marketing.
3. I want to terminate the contract because you are unable to manage my property as per my expectation?
A) Apologies for the inconvenience caused, could you please give us an appointment to get on a call and discuss on the same.
NA) Try to convince owner, if you are unable to convince loop your manager into call.
4. I dont see any value for paying management fee when you are unable to resolve my tenant issues. I will manage my tenant directly?

5. When will you settle my accounts?
A) 10th of ( Month you need to mention based on contract end date).
NA) In Zoho add in accounting corrections as correction type<Owner termination and enter the details based on category type 1) If owner is terminating before we tenant update cancellation fee details 2) If owner is going to continue with our tenant add about tenant cancelation fee 3) If owner is terminating by serving the notice to tenants update to settle the accounts of Caution deposit. , and Accounts team will verify and process it at the time of dashboard .

6. I am selling the property, so no need your services going forward?
A) Sure, we will initiate the termination process.
NA) Add the details in Zoho under all property terminations by selecting the proper reason.
